We are looking for a sous chef to work alongside our head chef in our pan-asian kitchen in Morzine.

What we are offering:

  • Gross salary 2200 euros a month
  • 39 hours a week over 5 days
  • 2 full days off per week
  • Holiday pay

  • Bright, modern and open kitchen in the very centre of the resort
  • Please note we do not provide accomodation with the role but can provide assistance in finding it

This is an open kitchen so you must be comfortable talking to and cooking in front of customers

A great opportunity to further your career in commercial kitchens, working alongside our head chef who has more than 20 years of experience

What we require:

  • Must have commercial kitchen experience up to a minimum of CDP level
  • Must be available for the whole summer season (7th June-15th September)
  • Experience in stock ordering a bonus
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Happy working both alongside the head chef and on your own
  • Confidence to run 2 evening services per week to cover the head chefs days off
  • A keen eye for detail and a desire to produce the best quality food at all times
  • Must have the highest level of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
  • An interest/experience with asian cuisine/wok cooking a definite bonus!!
  • Applicant MUST hold a European passport, or have a valid CDS for France
