About the Role
This is a permanent position within our Sales Department and you will be responsible for building relationships with our trade partners and developing our team of Sales Experts. Additionally, you will be selling and administrating holidays from our entire portfolio of beautiful beach locations in the Mediterranean and ski holidays in France. The role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel, has the ability to thrive under pressure and wants to develop their career in the travel sector.
You will be working in a dynamic department within a well-regarded Tour Operator business,
working closely with all in-house departments as well as a variety of travel agents and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily activities of the Sales Team, providing guidance and support
· Be a mentor and coach for the Sales Team to drive service excellence, working towards targets and growing revenue
· Meeting with and supporting Travel Agents to build new and nurture existing relationships
· Regularly compile and analyse sales data to generate reports that track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making
· Be the first-level of escalation for customer service resolution
· Actively sell Mark Warner holidays to our entire portfolio of hotels across both our ski & beach programmes
· Respond quickly and accurately to our different sales channels (phone, email & web chat) from the initial enquiry through to booking and pre-departure assistance
· Ensure the team pro-actively maximise the commercial opportunity from every sales lead from both direct clients and travel partners
· Directionally sell (as requested by the commercial and flights teams) to ensure we maximise
the loads and occupancy on our committed charter flights and in our hotel rooms
· Ensure all clients receive on an on brand experience, delivering exceptional customer service
· Assisting other departments on an ad-hoc basis when required

Abilities and Skills
· Experience in supervising a team within a sales environment
· Experience of Sales and Customer service interactions with clients both face-to-face and via telephone
· Ability to work individually or as part of a team
· High attention to detail and strong organisational and communication skills
· Ability to manage time and workload effectively to meet deadlines Resilient and motivated
