Watersports Instructors - Summer 2027 in Greece

Watersports are at the heart of The Peligoni Club experience, and our beach team plays a huge part in creating the friendly, energetic atmosphere we are known for.

From dinghy sailing, windsurfing and wingfoiling to waterskiing, wakeboarding and family activities on the water, we offer a varied programme for guests of all ages and abilities. Our team works with high-quality equipment, delivering everything from individual coaching and group sessions to our popular weekly Race Day.

We have a range of opportunities within our watersports team for summer 2027, including:

• Watersports Instructors – Dinghy sailing, windsurfing and wingfoiling.
• Waterski & Wakeboard Coaches – Delivering coaching sessions and other boat-based activities.
• Supervisors & Managers – Supporting the day-to-day running of our beach and watersports operations, leading teams and maintaining high standards of safety and guest service.

Who are we looking for?

We would love to hear from people who:

• Have relevant watersports qualifications and experience in instruction or coaching.
• Are passionate about watersports and enjoy sharing their knowledge with guests of different ages and abilities.
• Place safety at the heart of everything they do, both on and off the water.
• Are confident, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with guests.
• Are organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy, outdoor environment.
• Are reliable, hardworking and enjoy being part of a team.
• Can adapt to changing weather conditions and support different activities as needed.
• For supervisory and management roles, have experience leading teams, overseeing operations and maintaining high standards.

Relevant qualifications will vary by position, but may include RYA Dinghy, Windsurfing or Wingfoiling Instructor qualifications, RYA Powerboat and Safety Boat certificates, or BWSW Water Ski & Wakeboard coaching qualifications. Full requirements will be confirmed when applications open.
