Work as a Ski Instructor in Whistler (training + guaranteed job)
Want to work as a ski instructor in Whistler? The ALLTRACKS Whistler ski instructor internship, run with Whistler Blackcomb Snow School University, trains you for the PSIC or CSIA Level 1 exam and the snow school recruitment process.
Once you pass and complete the training well, you are hired by Whistler Blackcomb Snow School for the rest of the season, earning around CA$20 an hour. 100% of ALLTRACKS interns have been hired as instructors to date.
Dates: 26 November 2027 to 14 April 2028. The 2026/27 internship is full.
Programme price: £9,550 (CA$17,650), including the Level 1 exam fee, a staff season pass, coaching in groups of no more than 6, shared accommodation, weekly socials during training, 24/7 support and 40% off ski gear.
Who can apply: AllTracks Level 2 skiers or above, confident on blue runs and easier blacks. Non-Canadians need an International Experience Canada (IEC) Working Holiday Visa.
