FIRST 2026 Chalet Cooking Course underway!

For the first time, I decided to tag a cooking course on at the end of the season so the students could really experience life as a seasonaire!

They got up early, took it in turns to do breakfast, did meal prep and then after a de-brief they went skiing or boarding. The conditions were typical for spring but great fun for them!

Back in at 16h30 for afternoon tea and a lesson followed by meal prep and service, just like real chalet hosts.

The students even went to band night during the week with a late finish and still got up early for breakfast the next day.

I am so pleased to have offered this course during the season and those students will be ready to confidently apply, now the recruitment has started.

I plan to do the same next year...look out for dates!

The next course is on May 24th and there are 2 spots left still. Transfers from Geneva airport are included.
