Rockley starts its 2015 Scholarship

Rockley continues its commitment to the continuous training of their staff as 5 of its current staff start their 2015 Rockley Scholarship Training Programme.

Leanne Green, Cat Albutt, Josh Banner, Rob Nightingalem, Lauren Jelly have all worked for Rockley over the past 2 years in some capacitly either as paddlesport coaches, windsurf instructors or couriers. As part of the Scholarship they are now training towards their RYA Dinghy Instructor qualification with the aim or working at one of our 3 centres in south west France during the 2015 season. Rockley has always been a huge advocate of giving staff the opportunity to increase their range of skills and qualifications. Not only does this ensure that all our customers get the best possible standard of teaching but also allows valued members of staff to really progress within the Company and feel like they are truly part of a great team.
