We are looking forward to seeing the runners at tonights Sunset Half Marathon and Long 10k run.
It's gonna be a hot one with the third heatwave upon us so far this summer. Purple Gecko have their water station and medics on hand. With 73 registered to start the Long 10k at Bowgie Inn, there is going to be a massive buzz this evening when people collect their bibs and head off.
We wish all the runners good luck.
The half Marathon is a circular route from Perranporth Beach-Perranporth Beach via Bowgie Inn and the Long 10K starts right here at Bowgie Inn and finishes at Perranporth Beach.
We are so blessed to be on the South West Coast Path and to have walking and running trails in such a beautiful spot.
Team Bowgie are here cheering everyone on.
We'll be showing International Rugby today followed by the Women's Wimbledon final and the England v Norway World Cup Football.
