F&B SERVICE & BAR OPERATIONS - RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items
Take food or drink orders from customers
Serve food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel room
Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving counters
Set tables or prepare food trays for new customers
Learning and practicing proper drink-mixing techniques and cocktail recipes
Assisting in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and restocking supplies
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment and glassware
Interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing friendly and efficient service
Assisting in creating and updating beverage menus, including suggesting new cocktails and specials
