MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN ROOMS DIVISION DEPARTMENT - RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in handling room reservations, including online bookings
• Learn strategies for maximizing room revenue and occupancy
• Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay
• Monitor and manage room status, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Effectively communicate with guests and other hotel departments
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills
• Adapt to changes in guest volume, hotel policies, and industry trends

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• 18 - 39 years old
• Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
• Recent graduates within 36 months
• Minimum 12 months of related work/internship experience
• Relevant major of study
• School, college, or university reference letter
• Fluent English
• Well-groomed
• Pleasant personality
• Clean criminal record
• No drug abuse
• Minimum 6 months passport validity
