“The young people have such a great energy about them” If you’re looking for a way to spend your summer that’s both exciting and rewarding, a paid role with NCS The Challenge could be for you. Take a look at this video to see the adventures and humbling staff stories of our NCS Summer 2016. Applications open in December and roles range from 1-1 Support Work to Creative Practitioners and Programme Leaders supervising up to 84 young people!

The Challenge Network offer a four part summer programme that gives young people a chance to gain transferable skills, form new friendships and impact their local area. This programme is offered in London, Birmingham, Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
