Selva, or Wolkenstein in its German name, is a fantastic resort set in the stunning Italian Dolomites. As part of the Dolomiti Superski, Italy’s largest ski area with over 1200km of on-piste opportunities, Selva is about as good as it gets.

The resort is a quaint mountain town, with the hustle and bustle of everyday life making the town a lively place to be. Selva is the largest town on the world famous Sella Ronda ski circuit, which can be completed clockwise or anticlockwise.

Nightlife here is second to none, with après bars both on the mountain and in resort, ranging from Luislkeller with a traditional Austrian theme (think Lederhosen and Dirndls!) to modern, chic Yellos to the right-at-the-end-of-the-piste-bar Saltos. All featuring the obligatory ski instructors, of course!
