SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTOR INTERNSHIPS  - VARIOUS LOCATIONS CANADA

Life in a winter resort is pretty sweet - you'll spend the first three weeks training with some of the top CASI pro instructors in the country. Downtime will be spent in hotel accommodation, chilling out with your new friends and kicking back in the hot tub. In mid-December, you'll be ready to take your CASI level 1, and as our track record is 100% pass rate, we're pretty confident you'll be teaching right away.

This is the beginning of living and working in a resort. Qualified interns will be offered full-time paid employment with the snow school for the rest of the season. As you leave the Winter Sports Company training, you’ll move into your new digs at staff accommodation and be part of a professional on-snow team for the rest of the season. (Staff accommodation is arranged before you arrive in the resort). 

As a snowboard instructor intern you’ll have a real job with the sports school teaching a variety of lessons, from kids on the nursery slopes, to beginner adults and some all mountain teaching. You will be encouraged to continue training around your working hours, and, with loads of teaching experience under their belt, most interns complete the season as a CASI level 2 instructor.

Applications are now being taken for both 2021 and 2022 start dates. There is no restriction on nationality to apply for an internship – all we require is for you to have the right experience and the right to work in Canada. Most of our interns obtain working holiday visas, which are available for 18 to 30 but sometimes up to 35-year-olds (special rules apply); visit our visa information page to find out if you’re eligible.

Winter Sports Company provides free, comprehensive assistance to all interns to get through the visa application process.
