Creche Supervisor

We’re looking for caring, confident and experienced Crèche Supervisors to take a daily leadership role within our childcare department. Reporting to the Childcare Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the crèche, work directly with children, support the wider team and ensure high standards of care, safety and communication every single day.

This is a hands-on Early Years role where you will lead by example - working in ratio where required, guiding staff, welcoming families, and keeping the crèche running smoothly. When two crèches operate simultaneously, you’ll oversee one of them independently, making key decisions and managing activities, routines and staff deployment.

It’s the ideal role for an Early Years professional who loves being on the floor with children while confidently managing a small team in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
