Are you looking for something a little different to traditional chalet hosting? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills, and enjoy variety in your day? F&P Travel is looking for a Flexi Host to help keep things running smoothly this coming winter.
This is a newly created role, designed to bring vital support to both our chalet teams and resort managers. From assisting with daily cleaning and changeovers to helping create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our chalets, you'll be an integral part of the F&P operation. You’ll get a full overview of how the resort runs, making this the perfect stepping stone to more senior roles in future seasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aiding the smooth running of resort operations — both front of house and behind the scenes
- Supporting the team during weekly changeovers across all chalets, bringing efficiency and energy to the busiest day of the week.
- Assisting with daily housekeeping for the catered chalets — this role includes a good amount of cleaning, so bring your playlists!
- Setting the scene in selected chalets on specific days — candles lit, music on, champagne by the jacuzzi — all the thoughtful touches that elevate the guest experience.
- Lending a hand to the driver or management teams during quieter chalet weeks, when guest numbers are lower or roles shift.
- Providing light evening hosting support in catered chalets on certain days of the week.
- Taking over hosting duties in a catered chalet during our “flexi-weeks” — where a self-catered property is upgraded to fully catered.
- With the support of the Resort Manager, managing the linen store and laundry system
- Supporting the Self-Catered Chalet Manager with delivering any pre-booked upgrade services.

The hours will facilitate plenty of ski time, in line with F&P’s core values for our team, however do note that specific hours will vary slightly from those of the chalet teams.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
- A full, clean driving licence held for 3+ years.
- An interest in property management and a commitment to high-quality guest service.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and stay calm under pressure.
- Positive energy, flexibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.
