Camp Suisse Hotels require confident, hands-on front of house staff who are fluent in French and English, and who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant and bar areas, including cleanliness, set-up and service standards
Serve guests directly at the bar and in the restaurant, including preparing hot drinks, cocktails, and other beverages
Take guest orders at the till, process payments, and oversee cash handling procedures
Manage guest relations in a courteous, professional, and proactive manner
Serve as the main point of contact for guest queries relating to food and beverage service
Personal requirements/Characteristics:
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both spoken French and English, as this is essential for communicating effectively with guests and staff.
Competence in bar service, including cocktail and coffee preparation, is required, alongside a solid understanding of food service operations, allergen management, and HACCP protocols.
You must be comfortable multitasking, working under pressure, and maintaining high attention to detail.
Familiarity with till systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
