At the end of our fantastic equine training course, you'll receive a job in the horse industry that can last between 3-12 months and sometimes more.

Work the season and travel or continue to be employed. You have the opportunity to stay in Australia and earn money with accommodation and many other expenses included.

We offer training with some of the best horsemanship professionals Australia has on offer. The fun packed training week isn't designed to teach you to ride, but to prep and educate experienced riders for the way things are done in Australian equine industy. This programme is relaxed and supportive and designed to help you, not pressure you.

Hands on experience in horse educating, polo sets, handling young thoroughbreds, high level groom skills and track riding is included when you take part. There are also bespoke breaking and horsemanship clinics which are invaluable and just for you and your small group. You’ll feel totally prepared to jump straight in to a job thanks to the expert guidance from our instructors.

Our team will find interesting, well paid work for you and organise everything, you will have full support for the duration of your visa. The team guide you with employment paperwork and travel arrangements.  When you start working, you will be employed independently by the farm or stud that hires you, jobs on offer are mostly with prestigious thoroughbred yearling studs and professional polo players. 

This programme is actually 13 days in total plus 12months job support. As well as your training week located on our beautiful rural horse property, you'll land in Sydney for a jet-lag recovery, sight seeing and admin setup package worth £995!

During this time you may have got an appetite to spend some extended time in this dynamic city or another… you’ll have support to do so within your one year membership so a second urban job might also be for you. 

Groups of 3-6 other enthusiastic equines, up to 30 during the Sydney part... so lots of friends to choose from for later travels! Must have intermediate to advanced riding and handling experience.
