Join our Peak Season team this winter! We are seeking enthusiastic Representatives who can commit to one or more weeks throughout the season.

Role Overview

Skibound is one of the UK’s leading school ski travel providers, delivering unforgettable ski experiences for schools and groups across Europe and North America. As a Ski Representative, you will play a key role in bringing these trips to life, ensuring every group enjoys a safe, well-organised, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will deliver excellent customer service, coordinate resort operations, and provide support throughout the holiday.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome groups to resort and deliver resort briefings.
• Act as the main contact for group leaders and customers throughout their stay.
• Coordinate ski hire, lift passes, lessons, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
• Assist with the delivery of après-ski activities and excursions, ensuring bookings, timings, and facilities are confirmed in advance.
• Resolve customer queries and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Support customers in the event of illness, injury, or emergencies, following company procedures.
• Liaise with local suppliers, ski schools, accommodation providers, and transport partners.
• Complete accurate resort administration, reports, and operational updates.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of all groups in resort.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
• Team player with the confidence to work independently.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Skiing or snowboarding experience is advantageous. Passion is essential!
