The Jolly Roger is a small family run traditional pub on beautiful Sherkin Island off the coast of Baltimore in West Cork, Ireland. We are looking for summer staff from May to September, with July and August as the busiest months.

Experience is useful but not essential and full training will be given to everyone, regardless of experience. Accommodation is available on the premises. The work is pleasant with a variety of daytrippers and regular customers enjoying the delights of the island in the long days of summer. The island offers beautiful beaches and gorgeous walks to enjoy on days off, as well as very easy access to the mainland with a short ferry crossing running 8 to 10 times a day.
