Background information on
Ocean Elements
We have a number of positions based throughout our programme in Greece; Horto (Pelion), Porto Heli, Kardemena, Kos & Vassiliki, with catering & hospitality roles available only in Vassiliki at our Surf Hotel. Greek hospitality staff take care of our guests in our Leda Beach Club (Horto), Akti beach and Akti Palace in Kos & Nautica Bay Beach Club (Porto Heli).
Full & peak season positions are available across our three resorts for all levels of RYA qualified sailing & windsurfing instructors. You will need to be available from the beginning of April - middle of October OR from the middle of June - August/September.
Kids Club Activity Leaders will run our free kids clubs which consist of our Sea Urchins, who are our 4-7 year olds and our Sea Tigers who are 8-12.
Mountain Bike Guides will lead groups in Horto, Kardemena, Porto Heli & Vassiliki on a range of challenging & intense routes, with some more leisurely ones thrown in for good measure throughout the local areas.
If you are applying for a position once the season has started then you may be placed on our ‘reserve list’. You will be contacted should a position become available, and you will be needed to work until the end of the season.
All applicants MUST have:

- UK NI number
- UK bank account
- UK address
If you do not have all of these requirements then please do not apply for one of our positions as we will not be able to process your application.
