We’re looking for an exceptional Resort Manager to join Ski Famille and Ski Vertigo – two brands with one shared mission: to deliver outstanding alpine holidays to families and adventurous skiers.

As Resort Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the resort operation – leading your team with passion, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring every guest has a seamless, stress-free stay. This is no ordinary ski season job: it’s a chance to step up in a dynamic, hands-on management role within a small company that prides itself on high standards and personal service.

What we're looking for: 

• A confident leader with experience managing young teams abroad
  
   
• Strong hospitality or travel industry background – detail is your thing
  
   
• Organised, proactive, and cool under pressure
  
   
• Excellent people skills – friendly, diplomatic, and approachable
  
   
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  
   
• Confident driver (ideally with experience on the ‘wrong’ side of the road!)
  
   
• At least basic French (bonus points if you can hold a conversation!)
