Childrens Rep and Kids Activity Jobs
In this area there are vacancies for qualified and unqualified childcare staff. If you have experience with young children you may be able to get a great job running or helping with childrens clubs and kids entertainment programmes. The requirements for these older kids tends to be less than the Nanny and Creche positions but the NNEB qualifications will still help. Experience is king in this area though so if you have a relevant CV read on.
Summer camps, amping Operators, Holiday Companies and Outdoor centres all run childrens clubs and operate in Europe, the USA and the UK. Duties will involve organising a varied and interesting timetable of activities. You will also be charged with the upkeep of records and equipment. Sometimes the kids club role is combined with crèche and nanny duties.
Children's reps are responsible for making sure that family holidays are an enjoyable experience for parents and their children. Ages can range from babies through to young teenagers but for Holiday Childrens Reps and Childrens Couriers the lower age limit is normally around 4 and the upper limit around 11 years of age.
