CHILDCARE SUPERVISOR / SKI NANNY TEAM LEADER WANTED

Ski Famille is looking for a confident, experienced, and energetic Childcare Supervisor to lead and support our fantastic Ski Nanny team for Winter 2026/27.

This is more than just a ski season job — it’s an opportunity to lead a childcare operation in a world-famous ski resort, help deliver unforgettable family holidays, and inspire a team of nannies throughout the winter season.

✨ Your role:
• Leading and supporting a team of childcare staff, working alongside the Resort Childcare Manager
• Ensuring high standards of childcare and guest experience
• Organising activities, routines, and daily operations
• Building great relationships with families and children
• Supporting staff development and maintaining team morale
• Helping create a fun, safe, and professional environment

✨ We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Experienced in childcare and confident leading a team - Level 3 childcare qualified (or equivalent)
✔️ Friendly, organised, and calm under pressure
✔️ Energetic, hands-on, and great with families
✔️ Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
✔️ Ready for a fast-paced, rewarding winter season
