Resort Childcare Manager

🏔️ CHILDCARE MANAGER – FRENCH ALPS ❄️👶

Lead our childcare operation in the heart of a world-class ski resort and help deliver the family holidays people return for year after year.

As Childcare Manager, you’ll work closely with the Resort Manager to oversee all childcare delivery across the resort, leading and supporting a team of Ski Nannies to ensure exceptional standards, safety, and guest experience.

This is a key leadership role, part strategic, part hands-on when needed, where your judgement, organisation, and passion for childcare truly shape the success of the season.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Lead, manage & support the childcare team
• Ensure outstanding childcare and guest experience
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and pastoral care
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
• Build strong relationships with families and partners
• Support training, development, and team wellbeing
• Work closely with the Resort Manager & UK office

✨ What we’re looking for:
• Experienced, qualified childcare professional - Level 3 childcare qualified (or equivalent)
• Confident team leader with strong organisational skills
• Calm, approachable and highly responsible
• Passionate about delivering exceptional family experiences
• Strong communicator and natural problem solver
• Full season availability (Nov–Apr)
