Our customer base in Italy is more mature and they enjoy the interaction with our in resort teams. We need ensure that our reps have a mature attitude and can converse with ease. Sales, as in most destinations are big part of the role and it’s really important that you can identify with our different customer types to ensure that you can provide a tailored service.
