This week long course is ideal for anyone looking to develop their skills in the kitchen, if you intend to work a winter season, are completing the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award and are looking for a fun residential course, are heading off to university or want to add additional weight to your CV and improve your chances of getting the job you want.
