Chalet Team

POSTED ON 10 Jun 2025
job Details

Our fantastic Chalet Team work together to create a memorable winter chalet experience for our guests. All of our chalets are family-friendly, with excellent facilities and cosy alpine touches. We encourage our team to make the chalet their own and to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.

We offer two chalet roles:

  • Chalet Team – Morning Host
  • Chalet Team – Evening Host

These roles are designed to provide our team with a great work-life balance and plenty of ski time, while still delivering exceptional service to our guests. Morning and Evening Hosts work together as a team to ensure the smooth running of their chalet, sharing responsibilities on transfer days and supporting each other throughout the week.

Role Overview

Morning Host
Your day starts by preparing and serving breakfast for guests, followed by daily cleaning of the chalet and making a cake for afternoon tea. Once the chalet is in top shape for the day, the rest of your afternoon is normally yours to enjoy on the mountain.

Evening Host
In the afternoon, you’ll return to the chalet to serve the children’s dinner and prepare our delicious adult evening meal as well as making sure your kitchen is kept clean and tidy. You’ll present and host the meal in a relaxed and sociable setting for the adults to enjoy. Your mornings and early afternoons are mostly free for you to explore the mountains.

Transfer Day
Both the Morning and Evening Hosts work together to prepare the chalet for new guests, including a full clean, linen change, and a warm welcome for arriving families.
