Our Qualified Early Years Specialists are key members of the childcare team, providing high-quality care for our youngest guests, focusing on the children 3 months to 5 years. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and exciting environment that gives children a holiday to remember and parents complete peace of mind.
Each resort has a fully equipped crèche space, and your days will be filled with winter-themed activities like Gruffalo hunts, nature walks, snowy arts and crafts, hot chocolate outings, and mini Winter Olympics. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the crèche, helping with snack times and lunches, and communicating clearly with parents throughout the week.
You’ll be part of a welcoming and supportive team, but you’ll also be trusted to take initiative and bring your own ideas to the planning and delivery of childcare.
