Worldwide Kids is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Crèche Assistants to join our childcare teams in luxury resorts across Europe.

As a Crèche Assistant, you will help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children aged 4 months to 4 years, ensuring they enjoy a fun and memorable holiday while giving parents peace of mind.

Our crèche teams provide professional childcare that gives parents confidence and reassurance, allowing them to fully enjoy their holiday experience.

Working alongside an international childcare team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional childcare experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, child welfare, and guest service.

What You'll Do

Childcare & Guest Experience

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for babies and young children aged 4 months to 4 years.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, secure, and valued.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Represent Worldwide Kids professionally within the resort at all times.
• Support families in creating positive and memorable holiday experiences.

Activities & Engagement

• Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that support children's development and wellbeing.
• Contribute creative ideas to the weekly activity programme.
• Make full use of resort facilities to create enriching experiences for children.
• Encourage participation through sensory, creative, cognitive, and physical activities.

 Teamwork & Operations

• Work closely with the Crèche Supervisor and wider childcare team to ensure the smooth operation of childcare services.
• Attend daily team briefings and training sessions.
• Support colleagues by providing operational cover when required.
• Assist with preparing activity materials and maintaining a well-organised childcare environment.
• Report equipment or supply shortages to the Crèche Supervisor.

Safeguarding, Health & Safety

• Promote and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
• Follow all Worldwide Kids safeguarding, health and safety, and operational procedures.
• Ensure children remain safe, supervised, and supported at all times.
• Report and escalate any safeguarding concerns, accidents, incidents, or near misses in accordance with company procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic childcare environment.

 What We're Looking For

Essential

✅ Minimum 2 years' experience working with babies and young children aged 4 months to 4 years
✅ Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a recognised equivalent qualification
✅ Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Positive, caring, and professional approach
✅ Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to support colleagues
✅ Fluent English (spoken and written)
✅ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
✅ Applicants must hold the required right to work, visa, or work permit for the destination country prior to employment commencing

Desirable

• First Aid qualification
• Safeguarding training
• Previous experience in holiday childcare, hospitality, nursery, early years, or resort environments
• Additional language skills
