As a Kids Club Supervisor, you'll help lead a fun and engaging children's programme for guests aged 4-12 years while supporting the day-to-day operation of the Kids Club.

What You'll Do

• Support the daily operation of the Kids Club.
• Deliver exciting sports, creative, educational, and themed activities.
• Create memorable holiday experiences for children and families.
• Support and motivate childcare team members.
• Build positive relationships with parents and resort colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and guest service.

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years' experience working with children aged 4-12 years
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Energetic, positive, and professional attitude
✅ Fluent English speaker
✅ Passion for childcare and customer service
✅ Eligible to work in the destination country

Desirable

• Previous supervisory experience
• Childcare, teaching, sports coaching, or early years qualification
• First Aid or Safeguarding training
• Additional languages
