Lead a Professional Early Years Team in Beautiful European Resorts

Are you an experienced early years professional looking to take the next step in your childcare career?

Worldwide Kids is seeking passionate, confident, and dedicated Crèche Supervisors to lead our crèche operations within luxury resorts across Europe.

As a Crèche Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the crèche, ensuring children aged 4 months to 4 years receive exceptional care in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Working closely with the Childcare Manager, you will lead by example, support your team, and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, child welfare, and guest service.

 What You'll Do

Leadership & Operations

• Support the day-to-day management of the crèche and wider childcare operation.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Crèche Assistants to deliver exceptional childcare experiences.
• Assist with staff deployment, daily planning, and operational organisation.
• Support the Childcare Manager in maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
• Lead by example, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Ensure the crèche environment remains welcoming, organised, and professionally presented.

Childcare & Guest Experience

• Build positive relationships with families before arrival and throughout their stay.
• Provide reassurance and support to parents, ensuring children settle comfortably into the crèche environment.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest enquiries relating to crèche services.
• Ensure every child receives high-quality care tailored to their individual needs and stage of development.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Worldwide Kids and resort standards.

Activities & Early Years Development

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Encourage participation through sensory, creative, physical, and educational experiences.
• Support the team in delivering activities that are safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate.
• Make full use of resort facilities to create memorable experiences for young children.

Safeguarding, Health & Safety

• Promote and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
• Support the Childcare Manager in ensuring compliance with all safeguarding, health and safety, and operational procedures.
• Ensure risk assessments, daily checks, and operational practices are implemented effectively.
• Monitor children's wellbeing and ensure all concerns, incidents, accidents, and near misses are managed and reported in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic childcare environment at all times.

 What We're Looking For

Essential

✅ Minimum 2 years' experience working with babies and young children aged 4 months to 4 years

✅ Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a recognised equivalent qualification

✅ Previous experience in a senior practitioner, room leader, supervisory, or leadership role

✅ Genuine passion for early years childcare and child development

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong organisational and leadership abilities

✅ Positive, caring, and professional approach

✅ Experience supporting and motivating team members

✅ Fluent English (spoken and written)

✅ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

✅ Applicants must hold the required right to work, visa, or work permit for the destination country prior to employment commencing

 Desirable

• Previous experience in a resort, holiday childcare, hospitality, or international environment
• First Aid qualification
• Safeguarding training
• Additional language skills
• Experience working with multicultural families and teams
