Worldwide Kids is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and caring Kids Club Activity Leaders to join our childcare teams in luxury resorts across Europe.

As a Kids Club Activity Leader, you will help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children aged 4 to 12 years, delivering exciting activities that encourage creativity, confidence, and friendship while creating unforgettable holiday memories.

Our Kids Clubs provide children with enriching experiences while giving parents the opportunity to relax and enjoy their holiday with confidence.

Working alongside an international childcare team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional activity programmes while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, child welfare, and guest service.

What You'll Do

Childcare & Guest Experience

• Provide high-quality supervision and care for children aged 4 to 12 years.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, happy, and engaged.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers through professional and friendly communication.
• Represent Worldwide Kids professionally within the resort at all times.
• Support families in creating positive and memorable holiday experiences.

Activities & Engagement

• Deliver a varied programme of fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for children aged 4 to 12 years.
• Lead arts and crafts, sports, games, team challenges, themed events, and outdoor activities.
• Encourage participation and help children build confidence, social skills, and friendships.
• Contribute creative ideas to weekly activity programmes.
• Make full use of resort facilities to create exciting and memorable experiences.
• Adapt activities to suit different ages, abilities, and interests.

Teamwork & Operations

• Work closely with the Kids Club Supervisor and wider childcare team to ensure the smooth operation of the Kids Club.
• Attend daily team briefings and training sessions.
• Support colleagues by providing operational cover when required.
• Assist with preparing activity materials and maintaining a well-organised Kids Club environment.
• Report equipment or supply shortages to the Kids Club Supervisor.

Safeguarding, Health & Safety

• Promote and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
• Follow all Worldwide Kids safeguarding, health and safety, and operational procedures.
• Ensure children remain safe, supervised, and supported at all times.
• Report and escalate any safeguarding concerns, accidents, incidents, or near misses in accordance with company procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised activity environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential

✅ Minimum 1 year's experience working with children aged 4 to 12 years
✅ Genuine passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Confident leading groups of children in activities and games
✅ Positive, energetic, and professional approach
✅ Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to support colleagues
✅ Fluent English (spoken and written)
✅ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
✅ Applicants must hold the required right to work, visa, or work permit for the destination country prior to employment commencing

Desirable

• Childcare, education, sports coaching, performing arts, youth work, or holiday camp experience
• Relevant childcare or activity leadership qualifications
• First Aid qualification
• Safeguarding training
• Previous experience in holiday childcare, hospitality, resort, camp, or recreation environments
• Additional language skills
