Resort Support Team

In the Resort Support Team, you’ll be at the heart of resort operations, supporting our Chalet and Childcare Teams while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. These hands-on, varied roles are perfect for adaptable, organised individuals with a proactive attitude and a strong team ethic.

From managing storerooms and coordinating chalet supplies to assisting with maintenance, driving duties, and covering staff absences, you’ll be a vital support to everyone in the Team. No two days are the same, and flexibility is key.

A strong sense of teamwork is essential. You must be someone who is always willing to help, ready to step in wherever needed, and happy to contribute to the success of the wider resort team.

These roles offer a valuable experience across all areas of resort life and are ideal stepping stones toward future managerial positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort logistics, including storeroom management, stock control, and chalet deliveries
• Support operational tasks such as maintenance, transport, and general resort upkeep
• Step into shifts with the chalet and childcare teams as needed
• Work closely with Resort, Chalet, and Childcare Managers to coordinate supplies and support team needs
• Confidently drive resort vehicles in winter conditions
• Proactively respond to issues or last-minute changes with a calm, solution-focused approach

Who We’re Looking For

• A real team player who enjoys supporting others and stepping in wherever needed
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and flexible
• Skills and experience in any of planning/logistics, food ordering and maintenance/DIY are a bonus
• A confident driver, comfortable in winter conditions (experience with larger vehicles or driving abroad is a bonus)
• Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills

Other Requirements

• Full EU or UK manual driving licence
• Recent DBS or background check (we can assist with this)Good spoken English
