Restaurant employee (kitchen chef, fast food or waiter / server)

For our 5-star holiday park RCN de Flaasbloem in The Netherlands, we are looking for restaurant staff. We are looking for a kitchen chef, fast food staff and servers. You will work in a friendly atmosphere with nice colleagues. 

Kitchen chef

You will prepare excellent dishes for our guests: tasty meals, snacks and 3-meal-courses.

• Mise en place
• Cleaning the kitchen after closing
• Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP and safety regulations
• May be asked to receive deliveries and check food items
• Communicates and works in close and constant cooperation with the waiters to ensure an excellent standard of service

Server / waiter

You'll be the star waiter/waitress, barista, bartender, and charming host all at once! Your tasks shift with the restaurant's pace and your schedule. One day, it's the startup of the restaurant where you will be opening the doors; the next, a busy lunchtime and dinner, taking orders, crafting drinks, or serving the tastiest dishes.

Fast food staff

You will prepare take away meals, snacks and ice creams for our guests. 

We need you to be;

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a desire to make or serve our guests great products
• Consistent, reliable, willing to learn and adapt to different ways of working

We need you to have:

• At least one year experience in restaurant / hospitality

We’ll offer you a stay at our holiday park in a house or mobil home (depends on the period of your stay). Hourly rate starts from €13,27/hour, but will depend on experience and function. The contract is a Dutch seasonal contract for 38 hours a week.

Contract period will be from begin June until end September, possibly longer if you wish.
